ORDERING AND PRODUCTS

Q: Is your store safe to shop from?
A: Completely. We use SSL encryption on every page of our store and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. Your card details are never stored on our servers. You can shop with complete confidence.

Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We carry sizes XS through to 4XL on most items. We specifically chose our suppliers with extended sizing in mind because we believe every woman deserves beautiful clothes that fit. Always check our Size Guide before ordering for exact measurements.

Q: How do I find my correct size?
A: Visit our Size Guide page for a full measurement chart and tips on finding your perfect fit. If you are between sizes we always recommend sizing up — it is much easier to take in a garment than to let it out. If you are unsure email us before ordering and we will help.

Q: Are your product photos accurate?
A: We do our best to show products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If you have any questions about a specific product before ordering please contact us.

Q: Can I buy items as a gift?
A: Absolutely. All orders arrive in plain discreet packaging with no store branding — perfect for gifts. There is no price tag or invoice included inside the package.

PRIVACY AND DISCRETION

Q: Is packaging really discreet?
A: Yes — always, without exception. Every single order from Sissy Care Packages ships in plain brown or white unmarked packaging. There is no store name, no branding and no indication of the contents on the outside of the package. This applies to every order, every time, forever. Your privacy is our absolute priority.

Q: What will appear on my billing statement?
A: Your billing statement will show a generic merchant name — never Sissy Care Packages or anything that indicates what you purchased. We understand that privacy matters and we have made sure your statement stays completely discreet.

Q: Do you share my personal information?
A: Never. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever. Your information is used solely to process and deliver your order. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Q: Can I use a different delivery address?
A: Yes absolutely. You can ship to any address — a work address, a trusted friend or family member, or a parcel locker. Just enter your preferred delivery address at checkout.

Q: Will there be any follow up marketing mail sent to my address?
A: No physical marketing mail is ever sent to your address. If you sign up to our email newsletter you will receive digital emails only and you can unsubscribe at any time.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders typically arrive within 10 to 18 business days from the date of dispatch. International orders may take slightly longer depending on customs processing in your country. Every order comes with full tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship worldwide. Delivery times and any applicable customs fees vary by country. Please note that any customs or import duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Visit our Track My Order page and enter your tracking number to see the live status of your delivery.

Q: What if my order has not arrived after 18 business days?
A: First check your tracking number for the latest update. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days or your order has not arrived after 25 business days please contact us at hello@sissycarepackages.com and we will investigate and resolve it for you immediately.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping fee applied at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Contact us at hello@sissycarepackages.com with your order number and reason and we will guide you through the process quickly and discreetly.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
A: If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.

Q: Can I return adult products?
A: For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on adult toys and intimate accessories unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. If you receive a faulty item contact us within 7 days with photos and we will resolve it straight away.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once your return is approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. We are unable to accept returns solely due to sizing issues if the item matches the measurements in our size guide. However we want you to be happy — contact us and we will always do our best to find a solution.

PAYMENTS

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Completely. All payment processing is handled by Shopify's PCI compliant payment system. We never see or store your full card details.

Q: Will the charge show on my statement?
A: Yes — but discreetly. The charge will appear under a generic merchant name on your bank or card statement. It will never say Sissy Care Packages or give any indication of what was purchased.
