Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Wait for your shipping confirmation email — this is sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Step 2: Click the tracking link in your email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.

Step 3: If you have an AfterShip account or used the tracking widget below, you can also track your order here on this page.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
United States: 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays. All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet packaging with no branding on the outside.

We understand that privacy is important to you. Every order is shipped in a plain, unmarked parcel with no indication of the contents or our store name on the outside. The sender name on customs forms will be listed generically.

Haven't Received Your Order?

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us at hello@sissycarepackages.com and we will investigate immediately.
