Thank you for shopping with Sissy Care Packages. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other scents
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel that has been worn
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sissycarepackages.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.
