Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

We ship worldwide from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 3–7 days after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the carrier's system.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We are not able to predict or control what customs fees may be applied.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
